Hey! Just something to think about, from my personal experience it’s a lot easier to get back into training once you heal if you don’t try to lose weight while you’re out! You need to keep feeding your muscles and injury!
Thanks for the advice! I just make that goal as to prevent myself from gaining toooo much weight…and by losing weight i mostly mean eat healthier because with this summer season here and school just getting let out…i am susceptible to give in to summer season foods if ya know what i mean!
New Goal: When my foot finally heals i want my weight to be at 100 lbs. Meaning when i can run again, I WILL BE 100 lbs.
LOVE THIS :)

Anonymous asked: what were your sophomore year PRs? :)
I actually didn’t run sophomore year! I was on the varsity soccer team, i was a little speedster but now i’m not and i just wasn’t built to be a rough and tough soccer player, i’d get pushed around so i went back to running!
Anonymous asked: Ah thanks for the tips :) I know I have the potential to surprise myself. Just gotta keep working hard!
No problem! And yes! EVERYONE has the potential to surprise themselves…just when you THINK your well is empty…it ISNT when you think you have 0% left chances are you still have 40-60% left! Keep workin~~
Anonymous asked: Do you have any tips? My PR for 1600m is 5:26, 3200m is 11:48, and 800m is 2:28.
ooo tips… everyone is different in regards to responding to types of training. I’ve chopped off a lot of time from my recent prs because i built A REALLY GOOD base during the off-season. During off season and now i do 2 a days…i elliptical in the morning and then i run everyday and lift every other day… but your prs sound like you have lots of speed…last friday i finally ran under 2:30 i ran a 2:26… sooo if youd tell me if youre looking to get more endurance or more speed i could give more tips! But if youre looking for an overall view just consistency, stretching lots, eating well, taking your vitamins and sleeping/resting are key! and a SHITTON of intrinsic motivation
fatewillfinditsway asked: 11:01... 5:07... WHAAAAAAAAAT omg you are not human.
haha i’ll take that as a compliment! (:
Anonymous asked: your PRs are amazing! I remember that I used to have a similar PR as you in the 1600m and 3200m and now you've just gotten so fast!
haha thanks! my PR’s from last season have greatly improved because of super hardwork and determination AND a really good off-season…getting to where i am now was NOT easy!
Yeaaaaaaaaaaah! J-Hasay up in frooooont! :)
